Custom Doctoral Regalia Fittings

If you are a faculty member or doctoral student interested in purchasing custom regalia for commencement you are invited to join the University Store during this time to discuss the different cap & gown options, see samples of gowns and fabrics, and be custom fitted for your regalia. Oak Hall Cap & Gown will be on-site to take your measurements and personally walk you through the order process. Oak Hall has been producing academic regalia for more than 100 years and only manufactures in the USA.
Important Deadlines:
• The deadline for purchasing custom doctoral regalia is Friday, February 21 at 3 p.m. Remember when you purchase your doctoral regalia, you are always prepared for any ceremony, it’s perfectly tailored to fit you, and you never have to worry again about returns.
• If you wish to rent doctoral regalia from other universities, you must place your
order with the University Store by Friday, March 7 at 3 p.m.
• Rentals for Oklahoma State doctoral regalia will begin on Monday, April 28 at 9 a.m. in the University Store and online. They will be available for rental until graduation
ceremonies. Rentals are due back to the University Store by no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 14.
