This service covers the installation of up to 2 software programs 

Software Troubleshooting: $35

This service covers the troubleshooting and repair of various software issues. 

Virus Removal: $50

This service covers the removal of viruses and malware, to restore the security of your device. 

Hardware Diagnostics: $50

This service covers the diagnosis of damaged or defective parts of your computer. 

Operating System Install: $50

This service covers the install or re-install of MacOS or Windows. 

Advanced Software Repair: $50

This service covers the repair of Windows system files. 

Data Transfer:  $75

This service covers the transfer of personal data from one device to another. 

Hardware Repair Labor:  $100

This service covers the labor for the install or removal of physical parts on Mac and Dell computers. 

 

Microsoft Office is available free of charge to all Oklahoma State University students, faculty, and staff. If you need help downloading these programs, any OrangeTech staff member can walk you through the process.
