CALCULATORS

A full refund on calculators will be given within 10 days of purchase with cash register receipt. All calculators must be returned in the original box, with all accompanying literature. Calculators and accompanying literature must be in new, resalable condition. Defective calculators will be exchanged or refunded for a period of 30 days after purchase with cash register receipt. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty is in effect.

 

COMPUTERS HARDWARE/SOFTWARE

A refund will be issued on all unopened computer products with cash register receipt. Refunds will not be available if the packaging, factory seal, tape or shrink wrap are violated. Warranty and defective claims will be handled accordingly.

 

TEXTBOOKS

Textbook sales are final unless you drop a class. A 100% refund will be issued for textbooks returned by the 10th class day of the fall and spring semesters and the 5th class day of each summer session. Refunds are only issued with a cash register receipt. Books written in or soiled will be refunded at 50% of the new price. Lab receipts are Non-refundable without written approval from issuing department. Online orders shipping and handling is non-refundable.

 

CLOTHING/SOUVENIRS

All regularly priced merchandise in original condition may be returned within 90 days for a full refund. A cash register receipt is required for all refunds. Without a receipt, merchandise will only be exchanged at the current value of the merchandise. Sale or clearance merchandise may be exchanged only. Online order shipping costs are non-refundable.
